Formative Evaluator
Good evaluation requires communication skills and time and attention. The holder of this badge reflected during the study visit on the following:

- Where is the learner now in relation to the intended objectives?
- What action is needed to help the learner further?
This process of reflecting has been finalised with an evaluation of own learning, achievement of study visit objectives and tips for facilitators to make next steps.
